Vicoland GmbH has announced the launch of Vicoland: Smart Marketplace for Efficient, Secure SOW Projects is now available on the SAP® Store, an online marketplace offering products from SAP and its partners. The Vicoland platform integrates with SAP Fieldglass solutions, delivering cost-efficient, high-quality professional services to customers.

With the integration of Vicoland’s solution with SAP Fieldglass, enterprises can purchase services from Vicoland’s virtual companies, known as “Vicos”. These Vicos are freelance teams that are legally enabled to act like real companies thanks to the organisational, legal, and financial infrastructure of the Vicoland platform. They can offer, contract and implement projects at an enterprise level in the same way as traditional firms. At the same time, Vicos are cost-effective, as there are no overheads. Thanks to their freelance composition, they are also particularly flexible. On average, Vicos outperform traditional professional services firms in terms of cost (30% less) and time from RFP to offer (70% less).
Clients therefore use Vicoland’s smart marketplace, particularly for projects with high budgets and tight deadlines. The quality and stability of Vico teams is ensured through peer-to-peer recruitment. Additionally, Vicoland’s innovative legal model provides effective protection against worker misclassification. Integration with the SAP Fieldglass solution opens up new possibilities for enterprises in the procurement of professional services.
The SAP Store, located at store.sap.com, provides a streamlined digital experience for discovering, testing, purchasing and renewing over 1,800 SAP and partner solutions. There, customers can find the SAP and SAP-validated solutions they need to grow their business. For each purchase made through the SAP Store, SAP will plant a tree.
