To accelerate its digital transformation, HDI partnered with Vico HS High Stake, delivering a robust web application at record speed to power seamless sales operations across its insurance business.
The Challenge
Following the acquisition, HDI aimed to integrate Community Life into its wider portfolio by launching a digital platform through which customers could purchase insurance products online. This vision extended far beyond a simple sales portal. The new application needed to guide users through every step of the buying process, from identifying their needs and selecting the most suitable insurance plans to automatically calculating personalised prices based on user input.
Community Life was looking for more than just developers.
