From Bratislava to Tokyo: how over 20 SAP experts as Vico Floosys deliver global SAP rollouts

Two country rollouts completed, two more in the pipeline, plus an S/4HANA greenfield implementation and a direct engagement with SAP. That is the track record of Floosys for 2025. What makes it remarkable: none of this was delivered by hundreds of employees, but by a Vico of SAP freelancers based in the four-country region of Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The team behind Floosys

Marek Fodor has built Floosys into a Vico where over 20 consultants and developers do more than just deliver projects together – they meet regularly, share expertise and step in for each other when deadlines get tight. On average, they bring over 15 years of SAP experience, covering FI/CO, SD, MM, LE, TM, BTP and project management, and are fluent in both German and English. Floosys invests in its own infrastructure: SAP systems, BTP access and the SAP Learning & Knowledge Base are available to all members – resources that individual freelancers would otherwise have to fund themselves.

Three clients, three different requirements

For an international sensor technology manufacturer, Floosys completed rollouts in Slovakia and Bulgaria in 2025. In Bulgaria, an additional challenge arose: the transition to the euro. Rollouts for Japan and South Korea are currently underway, with go-live planned for 2026. Floosys works side by side with the client's internal team. In parallel, two Floosys consultants have been supporting a major construction group since April 2025 on an S/4HANA greenfield implementation across the Czech Republic, Poland and the United Kingdom. And then there is the engagement that truly stands out: since October 2025, Floosys has been contributing directly to the modelling of new FI/CO Best Practices at SAP itself. When the software maker turns to a freelancer team to help develop its own standards, that speaks volumes about the depth of expertise within this Vico.

What clients and freelancers gain

For clients, Floosys solves a concrete problem: they get German-speaking SAP consultants with nearshore availability who are productive from day one because they operate as a well-established team. No weeks of onboarding, no coordination overhead with individual freelancers – one point of contact for everything. And because there is no administrative apparatus with management layers and idle capacity behind Floosys, clients pay exclusively for consultants who are actually working on the project.

For freelancers, the Vico offers something that solo work cannot: shared infrastructure, peer exchange and access to projects that would simply be too large for a one-person operation. Four rollouts across three continents are not something you deliver on your own.
