- What does it cost to start?
- Building your Vico is free. No upfront investment, no new fixed costs. A platform fee of 2 % applies to live projects. If Vicoland matches an expert to your Vico, an additional 10 % fee applies for that expert. If you bring your own team, there are no extra fees.
- Will this dilute my core business?
- No. Your Vico runs as its own business model, separate from your core business. Vicoland handles marketing and sales for it, so your existing business carries on unchanged and the two models do not dilute each other.
- Is this a staffing agency?
- No. Your company is the General Contractor of the Vico: you own the projects, you choose your team and you keep the margin. Vicoland provides the platform, the network and the clients, but takes neither the leadership nor the profit from you.
- Can we bring our own experts?
- Absolutely. Your own network is the foundation of your Vico. You contract directly with the experts and pay a 2 % platform fee only on live projects. Vicoland adds capacity when you need it.
