Your team is organised as a Vico, short for Virtual Company. - Does Vicoland cost me anything?
- Joining Vicoland and building your Vico are completely free. No upfront investment, no fixed costs, no commitment. A platform fee of 2 % applies to live projects. If Vicoland matches an expert to your Vico, an additional 10 % fee applies for that expert. If you bring your own team, there are no extra fees.
- What if I do not have my own clients yet?
- No problem. A sales team at Vicoland works for your Vico, with over 1,500 clients in the network. You can start with projects right away and build your own network in parallel.
- Is this a staffing agency?
- No. You are the entrepreneur of your Vico: you own the projects, you choose your team and you keep the margin. Vicoland provides the platform, the network and the clients, but takes neither the leadership nor the profit from you.
- Can I bring my own experts into my Vico?
- Absolutely. Your own network is even the foundation of your Vico. You invite the experts you already know and trust, and contract directly with them on projects. Vicoland is there when you need extra capacity.
